Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms govern your use of DaySkipperPrep (https://dayskipperprep.com), an independent revision aid for the RYA Day Skipper theory syllabus.

What you're buying

A one-time payment of $19 grants lifetime access to the full RYA Day Skipper Theory content: the question bank and flashcard deck, tied to the email address you purchase with. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Not affiliated with the RYA

Independent revision aid. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). Not an official RYA course, exam, or certificate. All questions are original.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't yet accessed the paid materials (the question bank or flashcard deck). Once you've logged in and accessed any of that content, the sale is final. To request a refund, email support@dayskipperprep.com.

Accuracy of content

Questions and explanations are original material, drafted from the public RYA Day Skipper syllabus and reviewed for accuracy before publishing. This site is a revision aid, not a substitute for the official RYA course or syllabus, and working through our materials is not a guarantee of passing the real RYA theory exam.

Account access

Access is granted to the email address used at checkout. If you lose access, use "Already bought access?" on the full access page to have a new sign-in link emailed to you.
